This is the second time I ordered shelves from them and I am extremely satisfied. They include all of the hardware as well as extra pieces just in case. They even include a mini screwdriver and a mini level. Amazing quality and front end Customer Service. So much better than another shelf I bought at the same time from another company which didn't include any hardware and just pictures with no verbal instruction, and I literally cut myself on the sharp metal and Blood was dripping it was that bad. And that companies shopping system is also so much more flimsy than Sorbus. Stick with Sorbus!
