Even though it was past the normal 30 day return window, seller agreed it should have lasted much longer and sent a replacement. I wanted chairs that would support a lot of weight but also be actually portable. These chairs worked perfectly. All camp chairs are a pain to put back in the bag, but these were no worse than usual. It's worth the fight to put the top/seat of the chair in first. The only issue was that it was a bit hard to get out of them. Definitely don't place them so you are facing uphill. (But I'm fairly short and my feet didn't completely touch the ground when i was sitting in the chair.) All in all, I'm very happy with them and they worked perfectly for the concert.
