Nice however does not come with the 2000 V-bucks

I purchased this console as a gift for my 8 years old son. He loves it and I chose this because, it was suppose to bring 2000 V-Bucks that did not come. I assumed they were going to be inluded somehow with the console until another friend told my son that a card was supposed to come that did not come in out case. We were dissapointed but realize too late about that.
