Sony PSP 2000 Battery Charger for PlayStation Consoles

If you have more than one battery for your PSP, an external battery charger like this (which works with all PSP batteries: original, slim, and extended) is a must-have. The charger does exactly what it should do--charge PSP batteries. There's an orange LED indicator light that lets you know the battery is charging, which goes out when the charge is complete. The charge time depends on the capacity of your battery. With an external charger, when the battery in your PSP runs low, you can immediately switch it out to a charged battery, and place the spent battery in the external charger, rather than having to charge the spent battery in the PSP, before you can switch to a fresh battery. One thing of note--the charger connects to the outlet through the included power cable, instead of through extensible prongs to plug directly into the outlet. Personally, I prefer using power cables, as it takes up less space at the outlet, and I can place the charger in a location more visible to me, but I know some people prefer being able to plug the charger directly into the outlet. I previously bought a generic psp battery charger(not Sony) and well it destroyed my original psp batteries. This official Sony charger will charge all psp batteries including extended and even aftermarket clones.
