Does not taste gluten free

This is the best pizza! I would eat it every day except that it's almost $7. It has exactly 12 pepperoni's on it, a good enough amount of cheese, the crust is thin, but doesn't get really crunchy. It cooks fast. (I bake mine for 7-9 minutes and then broil for a few seconds to get the top bubbly). My only complaint is that they recently removed the cardboard so now I have to dirty a plate or cooking pan to cut the pizza.
