Worth the money to get regular! Zero taste, so sprinkling it on fresh cooked/steamed veggies (my favorite) or on a PBnJ, even spoon some into your favorite smoothy! It is so good you will hardly know it's in or on. Splitting the serving per day is what makes it perfect.
