Works good. Make sure you read directions before putting in the boiling water. Apparently it only goes in 7 seconds. I put mine in quite a bit more than that and it still worked, just a black blob - but you can redo if you need to.

I bought this because I am an overnight teeth grinder. If you have a powerful microwave you might only need 6 seconds in the boiling water. Very easy to fit!
