Vitamin K2 MK-7 for heart health.

I purchased this vitamin because I have a blockage in the main aorta or heart valve. I have another appointment in 1 1/2 months with the cardiologist. I am going all plant based with the foods that I eat and vitamin supplements hoping to reverse this problem in the heart. If it works, I will be willing to share if I get a good report the next time I see the cardiologist. But USPS in Mississippi, held it up for a number of days, and caused it not to arrive as schedule. It was 4 to 5 days late. It took a week to get this vitamin. Vitamin Discount shipped immediately, and it left the USPS there quickly, so this was none of the Vitamin Discount fault. That post office had a long line of bad reviews
