B12 5000 mcg nuggets

Convenient way to get all the B12 you might need. Nuggests can be absorbed in the mouth or chewed and swallowed. One nugget taken once a week would meet almost anyone's needs. Many people might only need one nugget a month. Great value for the price also.

I started taking the Solgar brand years ago because I have food allergies. There aren't any "inactive ingredients" like corn starch or other things that are just " bad for you" fillers. This B-12 supplement took about a week or two before I felt any difference, but now I feel more energetic, and it also helps with other things. I can highly recommend it!

Good source of B12

I trust Solgar to be a reliable source of my vitamin needs. If you are vegan or elderly you need to get Vitamin B12 every day. My husband found out he extremely low. I ordered this 5,000 mcg B12 nugget to boost his level. I know the potency of Solgar vitamins will get my husband up to his needed level. It's easy to take you just put it under your tongue for 30 seconds and then swallow. My husband has trouble swallowing big pills so these little nuggets are great. Solgar provides high quality products. We use many of their supplements and their protein powder. They use quality ingredients that we trust.
