Good if you're having trouble sleeping
I gave these to my mom who has sleeping problems caused by stress/anxiety. Taking one a couple hours before bed really helped her calm down and get some good rest. I will be getting more for her!

On the bottle it recommends to take 2 for the full effect, but after taking only one, I was asleep in about 15 minutes and I was able to sleep throughout the whole night, without waking up every hour.
