All women over 35 should take!
I started this product when I went off "the pill" at 35yrs old. I would have issues in the past with PMS. Starting taking 6 mths before I quit taking birth control pill. I had the same cycle as on the pill and no PMS issues! I am 51 now and have been in menopause for the past 5 yrs. I have had no symptoms. But, if I do not take for more then a couple of days I will have hot flashes. I take daily with Vit. E and D. And of course EXERCISE!
