Great, Bioavailable Iron
I have iron-deficiency anemia and am always on the look out for a good iron supplement. When I came across the Solgar Fermented Koji 27 mg Iron, I tried it because I was familiar with the brand and trusted it. I also liked the idea of the fermentation making it more bio-available. After I'd been taking the iron consistently for about six months, I had blood work done. My iron levels were vastly improved. But subjectively I also noticed I didn't feel as worn down by mid-afternoon. I take it daily and recommend it to all my customers.
