Good supplement
I switched to this brand because this is the wild yam extract vs. just the wild yam herb, and I do fancy that it's helping me more with menopausal symptoms than just the herb.

Gentle hormonal support with clean ingredients
I added wild yam to my menopause supplement plan and I feel more balanced overall — fewer mood swings and less tension. It works gently and naturally without side effects. I like that Solaray uses a clean formula with 715 mg per capsule and no unnecessary fillers. The size of the bottle is perfect for a one-month course.
