Helps anxiety
I suffered from anxiety in my childhood but it went away later in my adulthood. For the last few months a tragedy in our family made my anxiety come back and worse than ever. Tried several methods to stop it (breathing, walking…) but in would only work temporarily. Started doing my own research and came across several double blind placebo studies on the effectiveness of taking Gymnema and decided to give a try. It took about 3 days to see its benefits. I just ordered my second bottle of it to keep it handy.

GYMNEMA Solaray
Gymnema contains active ingredients that reduce the absorption of sugars, it is a plant widely used in oriental medicine, both Ayurvedic and Chinese. It determines the reduction of blood sugar levels, increases insulin production and reduces the desire for sweets. Gymnema Solaray contains a particularly high percentage of gymnemic acid and is of excellent quality.
