Verified Purchase

The box had been opened and poorly retaped leaving a gap at the top with the ends unsecured. It had been opened and retaped. The LED lights were on, the nut for for the wheel was loose in the box. The tractor seat is facing backwards and the green paint was blemished in three locations. I didn't pay $89.00 for a used returned inferior whirlygig. The presentation of the product was very poor. I'm retuning the product.

Do not buy this product and do not wart you money

Nice design but awful quality. Pinwheel banded paint chipped. When I tried to aligned the wheel without any pressure the holding bracket fall apart at welding side. I had to throw the item to garbage. Lost 75 dollars (tax and shipping)
