Having gestational diabetes can be so hard mentally. You want to be able to eat all the carbs you've been eating before diagnosis. These bagels give you that option!! Most low carb stuff has a foul taste in my opinion, but NOT sola! These are absolutely divine toasted with blueberry cream cheese! An actual lifesaver for my sanity lol.

The calories are a little less than half of an average bagel and high protein. They bake up crunchy outside and soft inside. You have to slice them yourself. I wish they had 1 more bagel in the bag but they taste really good and I've enjoyed being able to have bagels again! I've only tried the cinnamon and raisin with light cream cheese. It satisfied my sweet tooth. I also put a turkey sausage patty on it once and made a great breakfast bagel. I really love these bagels!

For being a high protein keto bagel, the taste and texture very is excellent. I usually put vegan butter and cinnamon on it for a great tasting bagel. I think Walmart is the only store locally I can get them. I can order them online, but they are very expensive. Walmart also has this brand in blueberry and everything bagel. I would definitely use this if you are worried about losing weight. I give it 5 stars.
