Disappointed

I don't usually complain, in fact this is the first time I have ever left a review, but this sale was bad from the beginning, I hit the wrong button when I was ordering, went to cancel the order seconds after! These are prescription glasses so there was no way they had started my order in seconds! They then told me it was in process so I couldn't cancel I had to ask for a refund! I did not open them I sent them back as soon as I got them and now I have to wait 3 WEEKS for my refund!? Not happy at all
