The Sport Insole is designed to help improve the comfort and performance of your footwear, especially while playing sports and doing athletic activities. Made with lightweight Polymer Foam, the full length design features gel shock pads in the heel and forefoot to help absorb shock and provide additional cushioning where your feet need it most. The moisture absorbing fabric with antimicrobial protection is engineered to keep your feet cool and dry as you move while helping control odor. May be trimmed as needed for a true custom fit. To trim, simply remove the existing insole from your shoe, line it up with your new insole as a guide and trace with a ballpoint pen. Carefully cut with a sharp pair of scissors, then insert into your shoe with the top side up.
