These provide more ankle cushion than most insoles that come with shoes. You should probably replace them every 6-12 months. These are sold for women. However, they fit a men's size 8.5 correctly.

Garbage, Waste of Money
No support whatsoever, because it was long and would not fit in a size 9 shoe, I had to trim one so I could get it in the shoe, otherwise I wouldn't be ticked off about paying almost $30 for inserts that are useless and could be returned!!! No support in arch, especially for high arches, despite what it says on the box and in the ad. Save your money, go purchase another insert for high arches, this doesn't even have support for flat feet!
