Best rice ever, no matter how you use it. We make white basmati (jasmine/basmati rice, which is just delicious. I also use this rice for a quick Mexican rice by sautéing with onion, garlic, tomatoes (fresh or canned), veggie or chicken broth, and cook until done with broth instead of water…20 mins@most.
