I really like this flavor of DripDrop. It reminds me of lemonade. I tend to add much more water than the package recommends, usually 16oz. Sometimes I wake up feeling really dry - we lose so much hydration when we sleep. I try to drink a full glass of water first thing in the morning anyway, but have taken to adding DripDrop to my cup lately. Totally makes a huge difference and helps me feel hydrated quickly.

A lot of electrolyte drinks or ORS taste fake to me so I recommend this flavor if you want something that tastes fresh. I have orthostatic intolerance and always struggle staying hydrated enough to maintain my blood pressure. I have started drinking DripDrop daily because even my cardiologist says that staying hydrated is one of the best things I can do. I love that I don't have to drink a giant Gatorade or ton of water-getting all those electrolytes with just 8 ounces is so ideal when needing as much sodium as I do. Recommending for those in the EDS, MS, POTS, Dysautonomia community!
