Design is not rugged

I have two of these soap dishes in my home. The plastic soap tray has broken off of both of them. The design should be made more rugged.

Hard to clean!

It's too bad that the soap dish is very hard to clean because you cannot remove it from its chrome base. Gunk builds up underneath the plastic where it's mounted on the base. Otherwise, I like the soap dish but if I could do it again, I would choose another model.

Hello, thank you for the feedback on this product and we apologize for the experience you have had so far. This soap dish can be sprayed with CLR and wiped off to easily remove any deposits or build ups.
