Instructions
Adults and children 12 yrs. & older: apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Do not swallow. Cress every day all day, honestly pretty good price for such a great product. I can't say that I normally buy this exact package, but the value is so great that I do always make sure to buy in multiple quantities to get the best price and to get the best toothpaste especially if you have sensitivity and effectiveness
