I have tried many but the menthol in most products burn my skin really so bad that I can't stand it. My pharmacist recommended Icy Hot roll-on with only Lidocaine and no menthol. I used it for my hip replacement, my painfull knees, and my thumb joints when crocheting, knitting, etc.

This is one of the best products ever on the market. You can get the lidocaine the heat, the coolest everything all together integrated very well. I have not found any pain relief any better. You don't get inundated with the lidocaine smell on this product. It is very mild. I love it love it love it.

I have Osteopenia, so needless to say constant chronic pain. I have tried everything available, this one is the right one for me. The lidocaine lifted the pain just right out of there. I couldn't believe it! It worked. The rollerball left an equal amount of cream layered across the area, as if it were measured. It dried so quickly, in 2 minutes, not greasy, not sticky, no smell to it. I'm used to equating a slightly warm tingling sensation, a strong odor, with relief. This was something different, I thought great another tube in the trash. After about 10 minutes, I remembered, oh yes my pain, and I was like 😳😲 my pain is gone, and I realized I didn't have any pain. I had just been set free. Albeit, only for a few hours, but sometimes that's all you need.
