Bar rust within 3 months
The product does a excellent job on assisting my female client on and off the toilet. I have installed 3 at this house. And 6 in other homes.The draw backs are the rear hinges and the front bar which started to rust due to urine in about 3 month and now are becoming not only unsightly but also may posse an health risk. I have contacted several painting companies and all agree that I will need a acid/urine resistant 2 part epoxy at 200 to 300 dollars. Have submitted the limit of 2 photos. Would be nice to get replace bars only instead of having to buy the whole unit.
