This is a very healthy peanut butter that tastes really good. Has no sugar and a trace of salt that is almost negligible. The ingredients are just peanuts and a hint of salt. Nothing else! I buy this because peanut butter that is marked sodium and sugar free costs way more! You do have to stir it up after you open it to distribute the oil. Once I do that, I keep it in the fridge and the oil stays distributed. A delicious and healthy way to get plant based protein in your diet.

Besides being a name brand that i have grown up with I am happy to have a peanut butter that is all natural. Simple ingredients and no unhealthy seed oils. Great taste and texture. I like to stir mine up and then stick it in the fridge that way it kinda stays together without having to stir it every time. That's just me though. Enjoy it as you wish because its peanut butter and who doesn't love a peanut butter sandwich?! Have a wonderful day.

I am making more healthier choices and Smuckers is made with minimal salt and no palm oil, which can have an inflammatory effect in your body (google it if you're interested). I did my homework and this is a plant-base for getting more nutritional benefits. Taste is fine, and value is great compared to other palm oil free peanut butters.
