This smoker box worked perfectly to achieve the flavor we wanted in our meat. We use different scented wood chips to achieve different flavor profiles. Just make sure to let your wood chip soak in water and make sure that you get wood chips that are not too bulky to fit inside the box. If you follow the directions, it's amazing.
