I bought this brand at Walmart a few times and they are pretty good I have no complaints. after all they're pig intestines who says I don't like this brand I like that other brand. REALLY! Some people may say they're not clean enough and I say you shouldn't just cook any meat just out the bags because it says its already pre-clean. You should always wash it and inspect it again. that goes for hot dogs too. Some say its a small portion. The bottom line is... if something is good or okay to you, just say it give it a nice review and remember everyone won't see things nor will they agree with everything you accept, like and feel. I clean rewash a few time pick off what I don't want and keep it moving. Try that and see if it don't satisfy your yummy parts. And note if you feel they are not meaty enough... Just add a few chicken thighs to the pot. LOL!!! or buy another brand as for me, I really like my Smithfield intestines. HaHaHa!

When thawed it wasn't 5 lbs. it was short cut up scrap looking pieces of chitterlings. I had bought 3 bags. Each pack was the same when thawed. But they were clean in the pack but still have to go thru them and pull off excess membrane skin, which is ok with that. But the way these things look for the price is not worth it. The chitterlings were scrap pieces.
