i have used this a lot before. it is like a miracle in a bottle when it comes to relieving leg cramps. i haven't been disappointed once in trying to ease the cramping. after rubbing the foam in where the cramp is it is but minutes until relief is achieved

I have diabetes. Lately I have been getting leg and foot cramps more often. They get very painful at times. especially when sleeping. i had a bottle and did not realize it was empty. i got a cramp from the top of my thigh to my toes. i reached for the bottle and it was empty. it took me awhile to get in the shower to let the hot water run on my leg. That next day i bought another bottle. I put some on my feet before bed. No cramps. i will not run out again. It really works. Try it !
