This does start working right away and it doesn't take but a few drops,you must remember to use it as long as you have the problem. It does heal as well,I had a open fissure that bled and now it's gone.

pretty good for minor cuts!
i would recommend something more effective for bad cases of fissures, but this product is not bad at all for external stuff. :3 the scent is medical and pleasant, and the use definitely benefited to tame some cuts i've gotten before! the size / package is a bit smaller than i expected, but it's fine!
