Amdro Bait Free, Mole and Gopher Trap, 2 Pack

This is my first time getting a gopher trap. I was not exactly sure how this works as I've never had any prior experience nor have seen one in action. My parents began to have gopher issues in their backyard, but they also have two dogs. So it was important not to use any chemicals as it could harm our dogs. Luckily I found this product that states it's a baitless trap. The trap itself is smaller than I imagined it to be. It's approximately five inches in length and a little less than two inches wide. The front of the box also says it's easy to use. I've never set one up before, so this is literally my first impression. There is a visual guide to setting it up along with step by step written instructions. If there weren't any pictures provided, I probably would've had trouble identifying what each part is according to the written instructions. It was very straight forward which made it easy to get set up. I did get a little nervous that one of our dogs would get close to it, but fortunately they didn't shoe interest in it (something to consider with other pets that are very curious). We ended up catching one within the day! So it is successful! I would recommend this simple, yet effective tool that's chemical free.
