Smells good. Works good. Soothes irritation and moisturizes. Not sure if I had dandruff or not because I already use dandruff shampoo, but after surgery I had a small area of irritated skin on the back of my head. Possibly from sweating on the pillow at the hospital. Nothing seemed to sooth it like this did. Not even dandruff shampoo.
