Best NO SMUDGE retractable pens
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a teacher- I have tried every pen on the market and these are part of the top no smudge proof pens! You can immediately use highlighter after writing with the pen, doesn't bleed between sheets, and doesn't transfer ink from paper to hand or elsewhere!

I use it to take down messages, reports, etc. each color is usually designated to a specific task each day. My go to pen when I need a refill and as a gift to my nurse friends.
