Unlike another seller this came the way it was supposed to in an Epson box. It was recognized. I don't remember why I could not get the rest of the inks that day from this seller. Perhaps they were out.The price was the same and the same as getting it direct from Epson whose website I had a problem with that night and they were closed fir the weekend by phone. In any case I have gotten the rest of inks in today 11 /13 and they were all recognized. My printer is now ready for printing. If only every seller was like this one and of course Epson direct too.
