My husband and I have recurring issues with kidney pain. We have tried several different things but we are afraid that the remedy (prescriptions) may cause worst issues later on. We tend to look for natural remedies as much as possible. The most common remedy we've found to help us was chanca piedra. We've read that many people swear by it and we wanted to give it a try. We finally got our chance. We do have trouble swallowing it. It's pretty big. It requires a lot of water for me to get it down, but I do. My husband is also taking it and he has a little bit of trouble because he likes to swallow it dry, then drink water. One time, the casing broke down before he swallowed it and the powder filled his mouth. He said it didn't taste bad at all. Hopefully we can both start experiencing the benefits soon.
