I was skeptical of this but cats needed something. They're adult and they don't care about mice and balls and are even getting cool on the fishing toys. These cats are rescue, so to speak, and appear to have been weaned too early and not socialized. They're sweet but they're scared of everything and not too swift. Sooooo, they are fascinated with this. They only interact with it a little bit but they just watch it in a kind of stupor. One of them just sprawls on her side and gazes at it and they would like to have it on all the time--just to know it's there. Doubtless, the novelty will wear off. Hope the batteries last a while, this is the only thing they've ever shown any interest in. I was hoping they would get a little exercise with it but at least they're entertained. They don't like the lights, though, and just want them to hurry up and get over with. Also, the tail rarely sticks out as shown in the picture but they actually like it better out of sight. Highly recommend.
