We installed two of these faucet sets 3 years ago when we had our bathroom remodeled. The person who mounted them left a lot of play in the faucet instead of tightening it down. I was refilling my waterbed with a hose hooked up to the closest faucet. When the hose got yanked by someone tripping over it, it pulled the faucet to about a 45 degree, and I noticed it was leaking under the sink. After it was looked at by a plumber, he informed me that where it was leaking was actually broken and we would need a new fixture. I was so pleased when I went to Lowes and found the same style still being stocked. I decided to reinstall it myself, which was pretty easy. The connectors Delta uses are nice to work with with their ingenious connection process. I highly recommend.
