Wish I could find them in BULK pkging for the holidays as they'd be GREAT as a home decorated cookie with different icings, especially CHOCOLATE!!! Polvorones Orange Flavor Cookies
I was searching for something different than the usual type of cookies found at my grocery store. I found these orange flavor shortbread cookies made by Marinela, which is a brand of Bimbo bakeries. The cookies are named POLVORONES. They come in foil wrapped four packs with eight packs per box. They are always fresh and crunchy with just a touch of orange flavor. Just the way I like it! I do wish they were single or at least just 2 in a pack, though, since they are 90 calories each. I find it difficult to refrain from eating the entire pack! Wouldn't want them to go stale. 😉
