Great Supplement!

The capsules are big, but normal compared to other vitamins and probiotics. You are directed to take 2 a day and I noticed a change in my digestive system about 3 or 4 days in. I like that there are a lot of natural ingredients in this product.

Really good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like having these in today's world . I love that these are easy to swallow and aren't some huge horse pill. I noticed the longer I used these the better my digestive health got. I also like that these don't have a harsh smell
