When I have to take something to reduce fever, I use Tylenol. Other types are just much too rough on my stomach. My favorite Tylenol is the coated that tastes a bit cherry, especially if I'm nauseous. But these fast-release ones are great, too. When I run high fevers, I get pretty scared, and the doctors always give me Tylenol in the Urgent Care or Hospital. I just trust Tylenol more, I guess. I think the brand has a reputation for being trustworthy and caring about patients.
