I buyer two of them one for each of my girls the first order was all missed up with tracking number and all but nothing to do with doll I believe they just send me wrong tracking number a package was delivered about 3 hours after I ordered and tracking package was made days before I ordered but I contacted walmart online help here and they sent me out a new two doll no ex. chrange and cancel thing on my other one that had miss up tracking. got the dolls no problem and they worked great.
