Love the White Surface.

I love, love, love the white cooking surface. The food appears so much more appetizing and fresh. This non stick surface is superior. My favorite morning meal of eggs, is easily flipped or turned with utensils. it feels like the food is swimming in oil its so slick. Of course, there isn't a drop of anything in the pan, and the food has a fabulous pure flavor. They are not overpriced, so buy yourself a small treat, and make cooking fun again.

Great pan – super nonstick and even cooking

This pan is amazing. I'll be buying several more. I've yet to even have to wash it since it can easily be cleaned out with a paper towel after using. Never had a nonstick that was this... Non stick, even with teflon (which I'm replacing). Finally, the heating on these is great and even. (While I'm reviewing for a a promo, I was not given the product beforehand in hopes of a promo. I purchased because I want to get rid of trash chemicals in cookware. I will be buying more of these pans in the near future.)
