Item was exactly as advertised and delivered on time. Instructions says lights are flashing red while charging and solid red when charged. The lights are flashing blue and solid blue. When turned on(3seconds) the turn red. My first charge lasted 8 hours. The second lasted 10. I only use one light. It takes a few minutes to get hot but after that one is enough. The charger. For the iPhone or iPad is slow but it works.
