water stains

This skirt is very pretty. Easy to dress up or down, However, I steamed it to get out the creases from being folded in the packaging so I could wear it that evening. Of course, some water splashed on it. A few hours later when I went to get dressed, I see that where the water had splashed, it had "stained." So then I couldn't even wear the dang thing. A bit frustrating when brands use fabrics you can't even get wet without spotting.
