Leaked out of the Box. Not good

I bought this to replace and old valve. Install was not hard. Removed cartridge, flushed, reinstalled. Unit had a continuous small leak. Had to purchase another replacment cartridge.

Typically, with a new installation damage to the cartridge o-rings can occur if sediment or debris broke loose in the water lines during the new installation.
