Great lens even though not current generation

Great lens, but I purchased it by mistake. I honestly thought I was getting the G, which I ultimately returned this one for - that was my error in ordering, not Beach Camera's. The only reason is that I wanted the in-lens AF, which this one does not have. Otherwise this actually is a great old-school design, feels great and of high quality in the hand, and of course has amazing bokeh and razor sharpness. I did some online comparisons, and in some ways this outperforms the G, so I would do the homework and judge for yourself. Having newer Nikon DSLR bodies, my OCD just needed a "matching" lens. Otherwise I would have saved the money and kept this one. #sweepstakes

The lens is great and working awesome

Pros: I got the lens and worked flawlessly. One small gripe is that the lens cap was not present in the package. But when I mentioned this buydig folks readily refunded $10. Other than that I couldn't find any scratches or damage in the lens try though is a open box. Cons:
