I can't say enough good things about Tums Smoothies Extra Strength! I've been a long-time Tums user, but these have completely changed the game. The "smoothie" texture is a fantastic upgrade from the chalky feel of the regular tablets. They dissolve so quickly, which means they start working almost instantly to relieve my heartburn. The fruit flavors are surprisingly pleasant, making it feel less like a medicine and more like a quick, tasty treat. The extra strength formula is a lifesaver, tackling even my worst heartburn episodes with just one or two tablets. I keep a bottle at home and one in my car, and they've never let me down. If you suffer from heartburn and hate the taste of traditional antacids, you absolutely have to try these. They're a total game-changer.

I think these are the best for night time use. I tried the other candy like tums and those are delicious but they stick to your teeth and you need to brush teeth after, which is a pain if you are already in bed for the night. These are chalky BUT they taste a whole lot better than the regular tums. I did notice they were not as strong than the others I've tried but I think it depends on the mg of medicine in them, so I end up taking 4 for my acid reflux. They do work though for me and the taste is a lot better.
