This product works as it is supposed to and has a nice finish to it. I had this same model of faucet before this new one. I had some trouble with the faucet. I called the company and they gladly sent me a new replacement at no cost. The customer service lady was exceptional and friendly.

Not completely satisfied with this product.

I like the looks of this product and the finish. What i don't like is the aerator. When I use the spray feature then switch to the stream it seems like the spray doesn't completely shut off. It also doesn't seem to have enough pressure. We have had Delta products before and never seemed to have this problem.
