Great Product!
This has been an amazing product. I absolutely love the LCD readout. It shows many different menus including load percentage, load watts, minutes of battery left, event totals, and incoming voltages. The spacing of the outlets in the back allows for those bulky plugs that we all know and love. As with most power strips and battery backups, this unit comes with a space saving plug of it's own, making it perfect for those outlets behind furniture or desks. I want to point out a couple of other features this battery backup has that I currently don't use. It has ports for internet connections and a data port for the computer. I only use the data port on this particular unit because my main PC runs wireless internet. It also has ports for coaxial connections. Again, I don't use these because my main PC is wireless. I have included photos to highlight some of the things I mentioned above. As you can see from the incidents photo, this has already helped me 5 different times. Gotta love those Florida lightning storms! I see no cons with this product as of yet. It has done the job it is supposed to. I have been using APC products for many years now for this reason, and would highly recommend any of their products. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Lots of outlets and power
I chose this Back UPS because of the number of outlets and the power. The more you plug into it, the shorter the battery life if power dies, but many of the items I plug in will be just for the surge protection. The LCD display is a nice addition over past models. I plan to move a USB splitter from my computer to the Back UPS and see how it works.I have owned several Back UPS over the last 20+ years for several computers. I have found they usually last through two batteries before I have to replace the whole unit.

This is an upgrade from my old APC UPS. That one is several years old. But I have a new computer that requires a good sine wave signal so I got this one. Easy setup. The battery showed up with almost a full charge on it. It was pretty much just plug it into the outlet and plug in my computer, monitor and my router. Very easy display to read. As long as it keeps running I will leave five stars for it. It is heavy. Around 40 lbs. Maybe they should design in some finger holds into the case. I will use my old unit for my NAS. I had changed the battery on that one some time last year.
