Read This

These headers are decent quality. However, DO NOT plan to use the factory intake manifold. They do not clear well. The manifold alignment dowels should be removed - a little heat on the head next to them and they thread out with vice grips - and replaced with bolts. The problem I’m currently having is that the bottom edges of the 2/3 and 4/5 collectors do not seal properly against the head. I used a Remflex gasket and it helped, but still had a ticking noise. Replaced the dowels with bolts and put a regular Felpro gasket in, and it’s even worse of a leak. Also, the 1/2/3 header in within fractions of an inch of contacting the engine mount, and if you’ve got a manual trans, you may have to modify the clutch linkage a bit.
